The Zenya Hug is designed with safety as a priority. Its innovative heating system uses insulated silica gel heating wires and hydroelectric separation technology, ensuring no electricity comes into contact with the water.

The product has triple explosion-proof protection:

1.Smart thermostat that regulates the temperature to prevent overheating.

2. Mechanical switch that automatically cuts off the power supply when the ideal temperature is reached.

3.Two safety fuses , ensuring extra protection against temperatures above 110°C.

Additionally, the updated design includes a protective plastic cover to protect the upper fabric from overheating, and high-strength materials, such as state-of-the-art PVC, which ensure durability and resistance to high pressures.

Each unit is rigorously tested to meet the highest international safety standards, providing warmth and comfort with complete confidence.

IMPORTANT

  • For heating purposes, use according to the instructions and keep this manual for future use.
  • Do not use by people unable to care for themselves, by babies or by people not sensitive to heat.
  • When the product is turned on and heated, the bag body must be placed horizontally, otherwise it may be damaged.
  • The liquid inside the bag was added at the original factory, and users cannot add liquid by themselves.

1. Before turning on, first place the power supply charger on a stable surface and open the power protection cover on the surface of the product. Insert the charger into the electric hot water bottle, and then insert the power cord into the power socket.

2. The indicator light will turn on and heating will start. During charging, the bag body should be placed horizontally (see Figure 1). Make sure to connect the power supply to the socket of the device.

3. After the heating process is complete, the indicator light will automatically turn off. First unplug the plug from the power socket, hold the protective cover of the bag with one hand, hold the power supply head with the other hand and pull it out carefully (see Figure 2). Close the protective cover and it is ready to use.

CARE

  1. Infants and children, people with disabilities and people without relevant experience and knowledge are not allowed to use this product alone. If you need it, please use it under the guidance of qualified personnel to ensure safety.
  2. This product is not a toy , please ensure that babies and young children do not use it as a toy.
  3. This product should not be used by children unless the parent or guardian has prepared it in advance or has given the child adequate guidance on how to use it.
  4. It must be used with the corresponding charger (power supply). It is forbidden to use any other power cord instead of the corresponding charger.
  5. Do not plug directly into the power outlet.
  6. To use this appliance outdoors, check that the power supply voltage is compatible with the product voltage before using it.
  7. To protect against electric shock, do not immerse the power supply, power cord, plug and case in water or other liquid.
  8. The bag may burn if there is no water inside. Always check the appliance for signs of wear or damage and do not use it if this is indicated.
  9. Do not charge the device when the socket on the bag is facing downwards. At this point, you should not even turn it on.
  10. To ensure safety, unplug the power cord after the heating process is complete.
  11. Do not place any objects on the device while it is charging or even when it is stored.
  12. Allow the appliance to cool to room temperature before storing.
  13. Do not rinse with water. Do not rub with gasoline, alcohol or other strong solvents.
  14. The appliance should not touch sharp or pointed objects. Do not force it or hit it.

  22. When the appliance is used to warm feet, shoes worn outdoors must be removed.
  23. It is normal to smell a slight plastic odor and hear a boiling sound when heating.
  24. The user cannot add or remove water from this product.
  25. Check the appliance for signs of wear. If so, do not use it.

GUARANTEE

  1. If the product fails during use, please contact us as soon as possible.
  2. The product warranty is 1 year (subject to the purchase invoice date). Except for the electric hot water bottle, all other accessories/products are not covered by the warranty. If the fault occurs during the warranty period, and the company's specialist confirms that the fault is not caused by the user, the company will repair or replace the appliance free of charge. Shipping costs are due to maintenance and transportation costs.
  3. Shipping costs are charged for the following conditions during the warranty period:
    A. Damage caused by misuse, accident, transportation or voltage anomaly.
    B. Failure caused by modification and repair not approved by the company, and failure to follow the instructions.
