Shipping and Collection of Packages with InPost
We deliver packages to mainland Portugal in partnership with InPost. With an extensive network of Ponto Pack locations, we ensure a convenient, cost-effective, and nearby delivery service for you!
How Shipping and Collection at Ponto Pack Works
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email from InPost with the nearest Ponto Pack location to the address you provided at checkout, where you can collect your package upon its arrival.
The package will be available for collection at the Ponto Pack for 8 days. After this period, if it is not collected, it will be returned to the sender.

Shipping Methods
For orders under €70:
- CTT Home Delivery: Delivery within 1-2 business days for €8.
- InPost (Collection Point): Delivery within 3-5 business days for €4.
For orders of €70 or more:
- CTT Home Delivery: Delivery within 1-2 business days for €8.
- InPost (Collection Point): Delivery within 3-5 business days - FREE.
