The body belt has a customizable fit to suit different body types and sizes.

The length of the body belt is 120cm and does not directly correspond to a specific clothing size as it is designed to fit various body shapes and sizes, but it fits roughly between sizes XS~XL at the waist.

However, if you wear a plus size, we have an extension belt that adds an extra 30 cm (of usable length), making the total length of the body belt longer by up to 150 cm. This extension allows for greater adjustment and corresponds approximately to sizes 2XL ~ 4XL in the waist.

We do not recommend sleeping with the Zenya Hug for several reasons.

1. While you sleep, you may slide down on your bag and increase the risk of it bursting due to pressure.

2. WARNING - HOT WATER BAGS CAN CAUSE BURNS. YOU SHOULD AVOID DIRECT AND PROLONGED CONTACT WITH THE SKIN.

It is important to know that our electric hot water bottle should be used with caution, taking due care to avoid burns or accidents. Please follow our instructions and guidelines for safe use.

The Zenya Hug is easy to carry, in the sense that you only need the bag and the charger to use it.

Before traveling by plane, you should contact the airline and obtain confirmation from them, as all airlines have different rules and regulations.

You should also take into account the electrical voltage of the destination country, as some sockets may not support our power.

Our charger has a European plug, so you will need an adapter, depending on the destination country.
